Service Desk leadership experience wanted for part-time consultant work!

Self-service in Service Management is a growing priority. But there’s a problem. People won’t use existing self-service tools. The reason? User experience isn’t living up to the high standards set by consumer products like Google.

Kaleo uses current technology to modernize self-service. Customers like Viacom, Toyota, and Lululemon have been able to reduce the cost of supporting their employees by as much as 70%.

What are we looking for?

We have reached a point where we are growing quickly, and keeping our customers happy is our number one priority. We are seeking a person with service desk leadership experience to help us maintain the highest level of customer service. Your insights will be extremely valuable in helping us continue to grow as a company.

The weekly time commitment is 2 hours. Compensation will be discussed.
